We have a proud 12-year history and we are delighted to have been appointed by KYOCERA as a specialist product and service provider for award-winning KYOCERA copiers, printers, multi-functional office products and solutions.
We supply and deliver the extensive range of machines as well as all of the services coupled to KYOCERA products. This includes consultancy, training, office solutions, software solutions, managed document solutions, finance options, consumables, maintenance contracts, service and support.
To provide customer satisfaction in all aspects of our business, to create a pleasant and challenging working environment for all our employees, and to develop and maintain a trustworthy, healthy and strong relationship with suppliers as well as the communities in which we operate.

In August 2001 we took over an embattled, badly structured and under-financed business enterprise. It took a lot of time and a tremendous amount of work to re-establish the integrity of its supply and service delivery and to regain the trust of its existing customers and the surrounding community.
In 2002, we appointed a new Managing Director in the person of Hanlie Steenkamp. She joined us after working in the UK for a number of years.
MITACOPY gained momentum after Hanlie joined the company, and we started operating in Rustenburg as well as the eastern and central areas of the North West Province.
MITACOPY operates from family-owned facilities in both the Brits and Rustenburg areas. The Brits premises was enlarged and upgraded in 2005, which saw the additions of new warehouse and workshop facilities. In 2011, Brits was upgraded once again and the offices were enlarged and upgraded into the elegant building that we use today. Our building in Rustenburg is currently in the process of being upgraded.

Before recommending any solution, we'll make sure that we understand the document flow and ensure the complete buy-in of all entities involved in the workflow. We have mastered the principle of supplying customers with equipment that is both affordable and able to meet all of their requirements. We don't do this because we have to, we do it because we view our relationship as a partnership and doing business any other way would be detrimental to our future relationship.
